On the initiative of the Bamberg district administrator Johann Kalb, there will soon be an anniversary collaboration beer, which was brewed this week by the brewers of the Mariental brewery and our brewmaster Michael. It is a Smoked Baltic Porter, brewed with Polish and Franconian raw materials. The hops were brought from Franconia. Two weeks ago, the two breweries met for the first time in Weiher and discussed the recipe. Now it's time to wait for the anniversary beer and toast to the German-Polish partnership
