The last weekend was all about the Day of Beer. On Friday, April 21st, there was the Maibock tapping with Weiherer Bock, Weizenbock, Rauchbock, and Rolator Doppelbock, along with many delicious dishes, such as beer-braised pork knuckles, brewery schnitzel, homemade liver loaf, and much more. The ROZ Trio provided a great atmosphere. And on Sunday, April 23rd, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, we opened our new brewery and the small beer museum for visitors, which many guests took advantage of. Thanks to the sunny weather, we also officially kicked off the beer garden season, and the Day of Beer was celebrated in style.
