On February 27, we had a very special guest. The Bamberg Lenten preacher Ekklesia, also known as Heike Bauer-Banzhaf, rehearsed her Lenten sermon with us in Weiher, accompanied by the "Frankendreier," who provided the musical framework! It was a completely successful dress rehearsal – everyone was absolutely thrilled!
The first female Bamberg Lenten preacher will review last year's local political events with plenty of music on March 8 at the Ziegelbau of the Welcome Kongresshotel during the 10th Lenten sermon. Razor-sharp satire is guaranteed!
Tickets are available at www.agil-bamberg.de. The Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation (BR) was also present at the rehearsal in Weiher. A report on the Bamberg Lenten sermon will be broadcast on Friday, March 7, at 5:30 PM in Frankenschau and will also be available in the ARD media library... Check it out!
