Awarded as the Best Pilsner in the World at the 2023 World Beer Awards, this is a typical Franconian pilsner with a fresh yellow color and a creamy-white, fine-pored foam. It hits the nose with a grassy hoppiness. Spicy and tangy in the first sip, the Weiherer Pils tastes of hops with a beautiful crisp aroma. These notes linger through to a pleasant dry-sweet bitterness finish. Typical. Franconian. Weiherer Pils.

Since 2020, we have been brewing in our new, energy-efficient and innovative 60 hl 5-vessel brewhouse (1 hl = 100 liters) from Kaspar Schulz, Bamberg. Alongside master brewer Roland Kundmüller, our brewers take careful care of Weiher beer every day. And that is also necessary: Because brewing is a complex process.
