The Weiherer Rauch, which has already been awarded the gold medal multiple times, impresses not only with its brilliant golden appearance but also with its finely spiced smoked malt notes. Although the smoky character can be easily detected by smelling the beer, it only fully develops when drinking it. Its body features a restrained maltiness supported by subtle hop bitterness. The slightly smoky flavor lingers even after the beer is gone. A beer that convinces not only connoisseurs of smoked beer.

Since 2020, we have been brewing in our new, energy-efficient and innovative 60 hl 5-vessel brewhouse (1 hl = 100 liters) from Kaspar Schulz, Bamberg. Alongside master brewer Roland Kundmüller, our brewers take careful care of Weiher beer every day. And that is also necessary: Because brewing is a complex process.
