This top-fermented wheat beer  pours a light, slightly turbid yellowish-white tinge with strong notes of banana that convinces every lover of Weissbier. The first sip carries on the fruit flavor and the soft brewing water becomes immediately noticeable as it plays with the palate. The sweetness is by no means dominant – quite the opposite in fact: The Weiherer Weisse is a refreshing, thirst-quenching energy source with a beautiful mild and soft finish.
