Weiherer Zwickerla is a naturally cloudy, bottom-fermented Zwickl lager that pours a pale golden color. It is brewed with Pilsner and our regional Carahell malts and our master brewer Roland Kundmüller’s favorite hops, Spalter Select and Perle from Franconia. Subtle yeast notes hit the nose first and then the palate and are complemented by the perfect balance of hops and malt. The Zwickerla finishes with fine fizz and a touch of hoppy bitterness.
