Beer unites. Smoked beer even more so. This is why Brazilian craft brewer Alexandre Bazzo and German master brewer Roland Kundmüller joined forces to brew a smoked bock beer. Brilliant amber in color with warm smoky flavors and hops from our own garden. The result is a sign of their friendship. And a taste they both love. It is brewed from 4 malts, Carared, Melanoidin, Rauch (smoke) and Pilsner and with Hallertauer Gold, Saphir and Spalter Select hops.

Since 2020, we have been brewing in our new, energy-efficient and innovative 60 hl 5-vessel brewhouse (1 hl = 100 liters) from Kaspar Schulz, Bamberg. Alongside master brewer Roland Kundmüller, our brewers take careful care of Weiher beer every day. And that is also necessary: Because brewing is a complex process.
